The possible palace coup is looking less coupish. According to an unidentified source, the Black Queen has said, "Rash decisions were made. Those decisions are being rethought." I imagine she looked grim when she said it. Sounds like Her Blackness pulled some strings. I wonder who those strings are attached to?
The robes for the White Tornado's replacement were supposed to be on view starting yesterday and Silver's new robes next week. I didn't see them. Did you?
We are just astonished at that lapse - NOT.
Duchy administrators are still acting like they have a nice little nest egg in some place without extradition and that they will at some point in the future catch the last train out of Dodge and let it all fall down behind them. I'm not quite sure how you accumulate a nice little Duchy nest egg, but the Black Queen is always assuring us that she knows more than we do. Maybe that's one of the things she knows!
