What are your plans to fill the vacancy left by Silver'sQueen:
departure?
We don't need a guru. We have had the Folly (pronounced fo-lay)
for Libraries computer software for several years now. It has had plenty
of time to learn the job.
BW:
Some of the villagers have said that computer software normallyQ:
doesn't "learn" the job and you have stopped paying the Folly company to
upgrade it.
I am the Queen of all technology and I know what I am talking
about. Computers learn just like students do. We have given the
Folly software Dibbles. We know that will make it work the way
I want it to.
BW:
What if this doesn't work?Q:

When asked to comment Silver said "Dybts!" (The correct DotLand pronunciation is diebits, not to be confused with die b****. Despite a long stay in DotLand Silver still retains traces of a Techie accent and sometimes pronounces it dibbits.)

This is rapidly becoming VERY unfunny. Silver has been the voice of reason and knowledge for lo these many years. Now the population of LibraryLand will have nobody to turn to. The beings of Tits (TTS) have no Folly specialists. Even they turned to Silver for her knoweledge. Those of us in Dotland are far removed from Folly so our knowledge is spotty at best.
This is yet another move of the Black Queen to turn all of the Dots of Dotland to DITs. She cares not at all about leaving LibraryLand floundering, bereft of any real support in the face of all the changes.
"Throw them all in the ocean," the Black Queen cackles. "That will teach them to swim."

Say it isn't so!
We peasants cannot function without Silver! Hers was the voice of wisdom when Folly beat us down. Tits do their best, but are stumped at the mundane probems that crop up and they always say "Hi,Ho, Silver!! She will know the answer."
How can the Black Queen justify this?
